Coach LMS is a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) platform where mentors can create and manage online courses, students can enroll and learn, and administrators can oversee the entire platform. The system includes course creation, curriculum management, assignments, quizzes, certificates, payment processing, wallet management, and comprehensive reporting.
To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in your name, email address, and choose a secure password. You will receive an email verification link. Click on it to verify your account and complete the registration process.
Coach LMS has three main user roles:
Admin: Full system access to manage users, courses, payments, and settings. Mentor: Can create, edit, and manage courses. Requires admin approval for course publishing. Student: Can enroll in courses, track progress, take quizzes, and download certificates.
To become a Mentor, click on Sign Up.
Enter your Full Name, Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password.
In the “I want to join as” option, select Mentor – Teach and create courses.
Click on Register.
Your request will be sent to the Admin for approval.
Once approved, you will get the Mentor role and access to the Mentor Dashboard to create and manage courses.

Course Management
To create a new course: 1. Log in to your Mentor account 2. Go to your Mentor Dashboard 3. Click on "Create New Course" 4. Fill in the course details (title, description, price, duration) 5. Add lessons (video, text, or PDF content) 6. Submit for admin approval
Once approved by the admin, your course will be published and available for enrollment.
You can add multiple types of content to your lessons:
Video File: Upload video files directly from your device Video URL: Add video links from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo Document File: Upload PDFs or other downloadable documents Image File: Add images to support your lesson content Text Content: Create rich text content with formatting options Embedded Source: Embed external content using iframe or embed code
You can mix different content types within the same course to create an engaging learning experience.
You have two options for adding videos:
Local Upload: Upload video files directly from your computer. Supported formats include MP4, MOV, and other common video formats. External Links: Use YouTube or Vimeo links. Simply paste the video URL, and it will be embedded in your lesson.
Note: Large video files may take time to upload. For better performance, consider using YouTube or Vimeo for longer videos.
Yes! When creating or editing a course, you can set the course price. Choose "Free" to make it available at no cost, or set a specific price for paid courses. Paid courses require students to complete the payment process before they can access the content.
Course approval typically takes 24-48 hours. Our admin team reviews each course to ensure quality and compliance with our guidelines. You will receive an email notification once your course is approved or if any changes are required.
In your Mentor Dashboard, you can view:
• Total number of enrollments for each course • Total earnings from paid courses • Enrollment trends over time • Individual course statistics
You can also request withdrawals for your earnings through the dashboard.
Student Learning
To enroll in a course: 1. Browse the course catalog or search for courses 2. Click on a course to view its details 3. For free courses, click "Enroll Now" 4. For paid courses, click "Buy now" and complete the payment 5. Once enrolled, the course will appear in your "My Courses" dashboard
Your progress is automatically tracked as you complete lessons. In your Student Dashboard under "My Courses", you will see:
• A progress bar showing completion percentage for each course • Which lessons you have completed • Your overall course completion status
Lessons are marked as complete automatically when you finish watching videos or reading content.
Yes! Coach LMS is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones and tablets. You can access your courses, watch videos, read content, and take quizzes from any device with an internet connection.
You can access your enrolled courses at any time. There is no time limit for completion unless the mentor has set a specific access period. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can continue from where you left off whenever you return.
If a lesson contains downloadable files (PDFs or documents), you will see a download button or link within that lesson. Click on it to download the file to your device.
Payment & Billing
Coach LMS supports multiple payment methods:
Stripe: Accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other Stripe-supported payment options PayPal: Allows payments through PayPal accounts and credit/debit cards via PayPal Razorpay: Supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other Razorpay-enabled methods
All payment gateways are secure and encrypted. You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout.
Yes, absolutely! All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay). We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and securely handled by the respective payment providers.
Currently, we do not offer refunds for course purchases. Once a course is purchased, the payment is final and non-refundable.

You can view your purchase history in your Student Dashboard. Go to "My Courses" or "Purchase History" section to see all your enrolled courses, payment dates, and transaction details.
If your payment fails, please check: 1. Your card has sufficient funds 2. Your card details are entered correctly 3. Your card is not expired 4. Your bank hasn't blocked the transaction

Free courses can be enrolled in without payment. For paid courses, payment is required. However, mentor or admins can manually enroll students in paid courses for special cases. Contact support if you believe you qualify for manual enrollment.
Certificates & Quizzes
Quizzes are available at the end of courses (or as specified by the Mentor). To take a quiz: 1. Complete all required lessons in the course 2. Navigate to the quiz section 3. Read each question carefully 4. Select your answers (Multiple Choice or True/False) 5. Submit the quiz when finished
Your score will be calculated automatically and displayed immediately.
If you don't achieve the passing score, you can review the course materials and retake the quiz. The number of attempts allowed depends on the course settings. Check with your mentor or course details for specific retake policies.
Certificates are automatically generated after you: 1. Complete all course lessons 2. Pass the course quiz (if required)
Once these conditions are met, you will see a "Download Certificate" button in your course dashboard. Click it to download your certificate as a PDF file.
Yes, in most cases you can retake quizzes. The number of attempts and retake policies are set by the course mentor. Check the course details or contact your mentor for specific retake rules.
Your certificate includes: • Your name • Course title • Completion date • Mentor name • Certificate ID (for verification) • Official Coach LMS branding
Certificates are in PDF format and can be printed or shared digitally.
Account Settings
To change your password: 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to Account Settings or Profile 3. Click on "Change Password" 4. Enter your current password 5. Enter your new password (twice for confirmation) 6. Click "Update Password"
Make sure your new password is strong and unique.
To update your profile: 1. Go to your Dashboard 2. Click on "Profile" or "Account Settings" 3. Edit your name, email, or other information 4. Upload a new profile picture/avatar if desired 5. Click "Save Changes"
Note: Changing your email may require verification.
To reset your password: 1. Go to the login page 2. Click "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" 3. Enter your registered email address 4. Check your email for a password reset link 5. Click the link and create a new password
